RESUMO

Na atualidade, o empreendedorismo feminino está ganhando cada vez mais espaço no mercado de trabalho. Contudo, observa-se que as mulheres passam por diversas dificuldades ao empreender. Este artigo busca analisar os desafios das mulheres empreendedoras no município de Cianorte-PR. Para isso, foi realizada uma pesquisa de campo, qualitativa, a partir de entrevistas com roteiro semiestruturado, com oito mulheres que atuam no ramo de arquitetura, engenharia, marketing, marmoraria, odontologia, psicologia e vestuário. Observou-se que os principais desafios das empreendedoras são o preconceito, o conflito trabalho-família e a falta de confiabilidade em suas capacidades. Apesar de todas as dificuldades, as mulheres continuam a empreender, com o objetivo de realizarem seus sonhos e proporcionar para si e suas famílias melhores condições de vida, mesmo que para isso renunciem de tempo de qualidade com as pessoas que as cercam

ABSTRACT

Currently, female entrepreneurship is gaining more and more space in the job market. However, it is observed that women experience several difficulties when starting a business. This article seeks to analyze the challenges of female entrepreneurship in the city of Cianorte- PR. To this end, qualitative field research was carried out, based on interviews with a semi- structured script, with eight women who work in the fields of architecture, engineering, marketing, marble, dentistry, psychology and clothing. It was observed that the main challenges faced by female entrepreneurs are prejudice, work-family conflict and a lack of reliability in their capabilities. Despite all the difficulties, women continue to undertake, with the aim of realizing their dreams and providing better living conditions for themselves and their families, even if to do so they give up quality time with the people around them
