RESUMO

Este estudo tem como objetivo analisar o perfil de investidor dos docentes de uma instituição de ensino superior no noroeste do Paraná, a fim de compreender os fatores que influenciam suas decisões de investimento. Para isso, os procedimentos metodológicos possuem uma abordagem quantitativa e descritiva. Os dados da pesquisa foram coletados por meio de um questionário online, aplicado pela ferramenta Google Forms®, respondido por 36 docentes da IES localizada em Cianorte-PR. O questionário foi dividido em três seções: a primeira seção trata dos conhecimentos e informações financeiras, a segunda trata do planejamento e controle e a última, a identificação básica dos respondentes. A análise dos dados foi realizada por meio de pontuação para identificar os perfis de investimento com a análise do perfil do investidor. Os resultados demonstram que a maioria dos docentes se enquadram no perfil moderado e indicaram que os docentes que praticam um planejamento financeiro frequente tendem a gastar menos do que ganham, evidenciando a eficácia do planejamento regular.

ABSTRACT

This study aims to analyze the investment profile of faculty members at a higher education institution in northwest Paraná, in order to understand the factors that influence their investment decisions. For this purpose, the methodological procedures adopt a quantitative and descriptive approach. The research data were collected through an online questionnaire administered via Google Forms® and completed by 36 faculty members of an HEI located in Cianorte-PR. The questionnaire was divided into three sections: the first section deals with financial knowledge and information, the second section focuses on planning and control, and the last section covers the basic identification of the respondents. Data analysis was conducted using scores to identify investment profiles with an investor profile analysis. The results show that the majority of faculty members fall into the moderate profile category. Additionally, the results indicated that faculty members who practice frequent financial planning tend to spend less than they earn, demonstrating the effectiveness of regular planning.
