RESUMO

Empresas que prestam serviços de venda, instalação e manutenção de placas fotovoltaicas para geração de energia solar estão se expandindo no território nacional. Essas empresas, assim como outras dos mais diversos segmentos, podem utilizar o planejamento estratégico como uma ferramenta para estabelecimento e acompanhamento de objetivos que as mantêm competitivas no mercado. Em tal contexto, esta pesquisa busca analisar a percepção dos gestores em relação ao planejamento estratégico nas empresas de energia solar. Para isso, foi realizada uma pesquisa qualitativa, por meio de entrevistas semiestruturadas, envolvendo gestores de três empresas distintas, localizadas no município de Cianorte, Paraná. Os resultados mostram como é realizado o planejamento estratégico, como os gestores o realizam, quais as dificuldades no uso das ações estratégicas e a importância dessa ferramenta para a gestão organizacional.

ABSTRACT

Companies that provide services for the sale, installation and maintenance of photovoltaic panels for solar energy generation are expanding in the national territory. These companies, as well as others from the most diverse segments, can use strategic planning as a tool for establishing and monitoring objectives that keep them competitive in the market. In this context, this research seeks to analyze the perception of managers in relation to strategic planning in solar energy companies. For this, a qualitative research was carried out, through semi-structured interviews, involving managers from three different companies, located in the city of Cianorte, Paraná. The results show how strategic planning is carried out, how managers carry it out, what are the difficulties in using strategic actions and the importance of this tool for organizational management.
