RESUMO

A Psicologia Organizacional e do Trabalho (POT) é uma aliada da área de gestão de pessoas para uma empresa. Assim, este estudo teve por objetivo analisar a produção científica brasileira sobre psicologia organizacional e do trabalho entre 2008 e 2021. Para isso, foram utilizados seis artigos disponíveis no Periódicos Capes, por meio da revisão sistemática da literatura. Os resultados foram divididos em três tópicos, sendo: a POT no ambiente de trabalho; característica do perfil profissional de POT e; Produção científica brasileira sobre POT. Ao final, são apresentadas as contribuições da pesquisa, suas limitações e sugestões para pesquisas futuras.

ABSTRACT

Organizational and Work Psychology (POT) is an ally of the people management area for a company. Thus, this study aimed to analyze the Brazilian scientific production on organizational and work psychology between 2008 and 2021. For this, six articles available in periodic Capes were used, through a systematic review of the literature. The results were divided into three topics, namely: POT in the work environment; characteristic of POT's professional profile and; Brazilian scientific production on POT. At the end, the contributions of the research, its limitations and suggestions for future research are presented.
