RESUMO

As Habitações de Interesse Social (HIS) são destinadas a população de baixa renda, para oferecer moradia a esse público as habitações possuem metragem reduzida com o propósito de diminuir os custos, nesse sentido, é frequente as alterações por seus usuários com ampliações logo após os primeiros meses de entrega, sendo muito comum a prática da autoconstrução sem a participação de um profissional técnico habilitado, o que impacta negativamente de modo geral na funcionalidade e habitabilidade dessas habitações, acarretando expansões mal planejadas e insatisfatórias a seus moradores. Baseado nesse contexto o presente trabalho, analisou habitações modificadas de um conjunto habitacional na cidade de Cianorte, Estado do Paraná, com objetivo de avaliar o perfil dos moradores, a satisfação perante a habitação, e compreender as principais necessidades que os motivaram a realizar as modificações em suas moradias, assim como propor diretrizes de expansão para projetos futuros equivalentes. A metodologia fundamentou-se na aplicação de questionários e checklist de verificação de expansibilidade. Os resultados obtidos evidenciaram inadequações dos projetos originais e que as diretrizes oferecidas não satisfaziam a necessidade da maioria dos habitantes do conjunto habitacional. O trabalho salienta a importância de entender sobre as reais necessidades dos usuários, para contribuir com os projetistas na elaboração de habitações mais flexíveis e possibilitam ampliações que não prejudiquem o conforto ambiental e funcional das habitações.

ABSTRACT

Social Interest Housing (SIH) is intended for the low-income population, to offer housing to this public, the homes have reduced square footage with the purpose of reducing costs, in this sense, expansions changes are frequent made by the users, soon after the first months after the houses are delivered, it is very common to practice self-construction without the participation of a qualified technical professional, which has a negative impact in general on the functionality and habitability of these homes, resulting in poorly planned and unsatisfactory expansions for their residents. Based on this context, the present work analyzed modified housing in a housing complex in the city of Cianorte, State of Paraná, with the aim of evaluating the profile of residents, satisfaction with housing, and understanding the main needs that motivated them to carry out the modifications in their homes, as well as proposing expansion guidelines for equivalent future projects. The methodology was based on the application of questionnaires and an expandability verification checklist. The results obtained showed inadequacies in the original projects and that the guidelines offered did not satisfy the needs of the majority of the inhabitants of the housing complex. The work highlights the importance of understanding the real needs of users, to help designers develop more flexible homes that allow for expansions that do not harm the environmental and functional comfort of the homes.
