RESUMO

O presente artigo tem o objetivo de analisar a produção científica sobre capital intelectual como vantagem competitiva nas organizações. Para isso, foi realizada uma revisão sistemática que utilizou como base de dados para seleção de artigos os anais do SemeAd. Foram selecionados, analisados e discutidos sete artigos, a fim de contribuir para o entendimento da importância da temática para as organizações. Os principais resultados dessa pesquisa trazem contribuições para a literatura e para a prática organizacional no contexto do capital intelectual como ferramenta de gestão, com o intuito de gerar vantagem competitiva duradoura e sustentável, e melhorar o desempenho das organizações.

ABSTRACT

This article aims to analyze the scientific production on intellectual capital as a competitive advantage in organizations. For this, a systematic review was carried out using the SemeAd annals as a database for selecting articles. Seven articles were selected, analyzed and discussed in order to contribute to the understanding of the importance of the theme for organizations. The main results of this research bring contributions to the literature and organizational practice in the context of intellectual capital as a management tool, with the aim of generating lasting and sustainable competitive advantage and improving the performance of organizations.
